ARUDMO does not discriminate on the basis of religion, politics, ethnicity, race, color, creed, national origin, age, disability, marital status, gender, language or any reason whatsoever. Transforming ARUDMO to better address the problems of people living in rural Africa... The crisis came to ARUDMO and for the past three years organization did not receive major donations. David persisted, however, and after conversation with Maciej Łobza from Poland in September 2015, they started transformation of ARUDMO to better address the problems o people living in rural Africa. Maciej and David identified three challenges at ARUDMO: leadership, people and finance. Transformation plan was created. ARUDMO team started growing.
