Ghana Environmental Community is a non-profit community based organization that focuses on alleviating threats to mankind and the environment. We have partnered educational institutions and professionals who play key roles in research and monitoring of non-conformance in environment, health and safety. We undertake community advocacy programs to monitor, correct and train community members to be stewards of the environment and maintain healthy lifestyles. Our activities are centered around risk and hazard analysis on food safety, road safety,natural disasters and climate change. Volunteers working with GHECO are appointed without discrimination. Social artisans, students and professionals critically assess potential challenges and develop sustainable remedial strategies to bring improvement.
