SIBARM was incorporated on 17th September 2008 as a limited liability company under the Companies Code of Ghana, 1963 (Act 179) and it started operations immediately. The Company is authorized to carry on the business of insurance broking, risk management services and Business consultancy services and as required, is licensed under the Insurance Law, 2006 Act 724 to carry on composite insurance broking business in Ghana.
