We make and support films for impact, develop stories that need to be told, and manage and nurture long-term impact campaigns. We build circles of influence and collaboration with a diverse cross-section of the community, to achieve a more inclusive, just and healthy society. Our mission is to empower human beings to achieve their fullest potential. We are storytellers of truth and fate and want to inspire those around us. In the World,​ we live in today, where people increasingly recognize that tackling problems like climate change, inequality, and health care requires a systems approach. The work of systems change involves seeing systemically—looking at the elements, interconnections, and wider purposes of systems—and acting systemically. The story plays a vital role in helping us do both of these things. Stories are the fabric of our lives. They weave a tapestry that enables our imagination to take us anywhere. When we watch a creative piece on YouTube, even with the best descriptions, our minds fill the gaps to create the world we are viewing. SacreFIlms believes that for all the 17 goals and their sub-targets to be achieved there needs to be a great story. That story can be told in different ways and at different times, but it has to be told. We will like to use our video expertise to journey with this change process. With reference to SDG Goal 14 Target 1, we undertook a project to clean up beaches in Accra. We know how damaging plastic is to the ocean and we took a step towards cleaning the beach but also telling the story polluted water bodies. We are working to do more and more of such activities in the coming months.
