Revamp Africa is a non-profit organization registered in the state of Georgia [currently seeking 501(c)(3) status] and Ghana, West Africa. It is the first non-profit of its kind: being that it is fully powered by young people. This means that all founding members and staff are below the age of 35. This not only gives us the opportunity to create career opportunities for young adults in Africa, but it also allows us the ability to develop training kits and programs that are highly relatable and effective. What We Do: Revamp Africa focuses on four sectors for potential development for the African continent: business, education, health and government. We provide individuals with talents in any of the four sectors with educational tools and resources to further develop their skill sets, placing a strong emphasis on leadership. This includes classes and workshops, forums, hands-on training and internships. We then connect them, our "change-makers", with additional financial or developmental resources to ensure success. This includes but is not limited to government aids and grants, contest and scholarship opportunities. We sustain and multiply the impact by getting our change-makers actively involved in their communities by volunteering, employing, mentoring and training others.
