Intelligent Marketing Concepts (IMC) Limited started out as a marketing and research service provider to the Financial Sector in Ghana when it was incorporated in 2009. Services we provided included marketing insights, market analysis, marketing plan and research amongst many others. Our unique services formed the backbone of several financial and business operations in Ghana. In 2010, through our marketing business we realised there was a need for small and medium size enterprises to have access to funds for their business operations. Based on our business model, we incorporated IMC Loans into IMC Money Lenders through the Bank of Ghana directive. As a limited liability company, our objectives are to provide secure and rewarding packages for our investors using our unique marketing insights in ensuring maximum return on investments for all our stakeholders. We have tasked ourselves to providing indigenous financial solutions, business transformation and an excellent network platform for our clients whose demographic range from the formal sector and informal sector to include petty traders and small and medium enterprises. Over the past few years in our business operations, IMC has made a number of successful investments in various sectors. This has strengthened our confidence to diversify our portfolio. Moreover, we see high potential for growth in the region, particularly in areas such as infrastructure, industrial real estate and agriculture. Our top priority is to add value and achieve attractive returns for our shareholders by continuously building on our existing investments and seeking promising investment opportunities in selected sectors. As we continue to grow, IMC management has ensured that the company’s operations are optimally- structured and that we continue to follow a disciplined investment approach with best practice corporate governance.
