Zylofon Properties provides its clients with a full range of real estate services including the following: 1. Buying A Property 2. Selling A Property 3. Property Management 4. Commercial / Residential Rents & Sales 5. Realty Development - Architecture & Construction ) - Landscaping & Interior Decor Operational Procedures FOR PROPERTY PURCHASE; STEPS 1. Client completes a property purchase application form, which would be forwarded and subject to approval or decline within 24-hours 2. If its approved, Client then would have to pay his 50% contribution into our company account and attach a copy of the payment slip to the application. 3. Within 7 days of the “Complete application”, Client would be invited to inspect at least three(3) of the preferred property and to make a choice on one. 4. One the Client settles on a choice, Company would commence due diligence, documentations processing etc, all within 5 weeks to closure the transaction with the landlord. 5. Client then signs a sale and purchase agreement with Zylofon Properties and then, moves in to take possession of the property. Monthly payment would commence three months after the transaction closure.
