Providing humane and friendly scientific and cultural services to the people of the Republic of Ghana and West Africa, particularly Muslims. 8. Producing and sharing of scientific and cultural knowledge and experiences for the mutual benefit of the two countries. 9. Creating relationship between scholars, centres of learning and universities worldwide, particularly the two countries, Islamic Republic of Iran and Republic of Ghana. 10. Imparting of high social, moral and spiritual values to students; such as seeking Allah, unity of Allah, humility, responsibility and service toward the poor and needy in society, democratic culture, equality, social justice and respect for national traditions and religions. 11. Establishing the creative environment for cultural, mental and moral discourse and exchange.
