At the individual level, that will empower senior citizens to enjoy a good quality of life in the areas of health, economic well-being and socio-political engagement. 2. At the community level, lobby and engage organizations and institutions to tailor their products, services and commitment to the needs of senior citizens. 3. At the national level, engage senior citizens in relevant policy advocacy.
